Platinum  includes but is not limited to:

~ Monthly Planning sessions

~ Budget development, implementation & management

~ Assistance with venue & vendor search

~ Assist with organizing guest accommodations

~ Wedding theme design, development and creation (materials extra charge)

~ Menu tasting and assistance with menu selection

~ Assist with all guest correspondence: Save the dates, invitations, etc. (materials extra charge)

~ Assistance with favors and gift selection (materials extra charge)

~ Book & attend all Wedding Professional appointments (if needed)

~ Place orders for any rental Items (centerpieces, chairs, linens, etc.)

~ Assist with gift registry

~ Up to 3 hours of rehearsal day coverage

~ Wedding reminder checklist

~ Attend all final meetings with the Couple

~ Walk through of your chosen venues

~ Review of all contracts, contact all vendors within 1-2 weeks of the wedding to finalize details

~ Assistance with choosing favors, programs, RSVP’s, bridal party gifts, place cards, etc.

          Assistance with design and assembly is available at additional cost.

~ Consultation to review décor at couples choice of location

~ Assist with final checklist to ensure you have accomplished everything on your “to do” list

~ Unlimited phone & email contact

~ Create itinerary for the bridal party (if requested)

~ Ensure the couple & all guests have everything they need to enjoy the day

~ Keep activities on schedule

~ Execute all wedding plans & details w/vendors in accordance with the couple’s wishes

~ Meet vendors at ceremony & reception sites for deliveries & setup

~ Ensure flowers & boutonnieres are distributed

~ Greet & seat any late arriving guests

~ Provide transportation of all personal and decorative items from ceremony to reception, if requested by the couple

~ Supervise & assist w/all preparations including setting up table centerpieces, decorations, favors, menus, place cards, candle lighting, etc. (some setup are additional)

~ Distribution of final payments & /or gratuities to vendors, if applicable
